This makes the result extra durable and provides effective protection against corrosion, as the thick layer of coating acts as a barrier for the screw. We measure the quality on several parameters, including even application, the thickness of the coating, optimal adhesion, and optimal curing of the powder. This ensures a uniform and durable coating that can withstand impact, scratches, and harsh weather conditions.

We have built our fully automated high-speed lines from scratch, and our in-house setup gives us full control, speed, and flexibility. We deliver both small and large volumes of products coated in more than 650 colors. We use Polyester-based powder in certified Qualicoat Level 1 quality.
