We start with the customer's needs and challenges through ongoing dialogue already in the development and design phase. We ensure quality through thorough project review and market analysis in the development phase, after which we produce prototypes and perform repeated tests of the product and performance before releasing it to manufacturing. As a supplier, we are aware of the impact the quality of our fastening products has on our customers' final solutions.
We maintain close contact with our subcontractors. This places a focus on monitoring and controlling subcontractors and the quality of purchased materials, which means that we catch low-quality batches early in the process. In addition, we perform material analysis and inspection in our own test lab when goods arrive at RED HORSE. Inspections are performed according to predetermined sampling plans and AQL values, ensuring a consistently high-quality level for our customers' finished products.
The quality in manufacturing is ensured through ongoing sample control at fixed intervals and through the control of individual production batches. To detect potential errors as quickly as possible, we test the products between each step in the manufacturing. Quality control is performed in accordance with international standards. Additionally, RED HORSE supplements these standards with its own strict guidelines and further tests in our own lab.
Screws, rivets, and other fastening products are inspected and approved before being shipped to the customer. Our lab and testing facilities have a wide range of equipment used to test the mechanical properties and performance of the products. This allows us to thoroughly test the products so that they always arrive with the customer in the right quality.
